FOUNDER

Anthoney has worked in software development for 20 years with over half of the universities and TAFEs in Australia and wants to work with all of them. Anthoney knows which software designs work and which do not, and understands what it takes to operate software. He loves getting outdoors with camping and bushwalking.

FOUNDER

Ann practised as a lawyer in Queensland for over 13 years before pivoting to a Head of Operations role in a non-legal industry. Ann has extensive experience in hiring, managing and professionally developing her teams. She enjoys painting and arty pursuits, riding rollercoasters, tending to her growing indoor jungle, and taking short walks on long beaches.

HEAD OF ENGINEERING

After starting her career as a software developer in the U.S, Shannon moved to Australia and developed in-depth business and technical knowledge in the tertiary education space. She has led development teams on the implementation of Student Systems, Admissions Systems, and Timetabling Systems. Shannon is an avid human powered transport enthusiast with a strong appreciation of the outdoors, back roads, open skies, and bicycles.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Christel is an experienced Project Manager across diverse areas, from managing the installation of high voltage transformers in rural Fiji to planning a global space hackathon and space challenges with the likes of Airbus and NASA. Most recently she's been working with universities, TAFEs and councils on successfully transitioning from their on-prem environments to SaaS. Christel loves her colours bright and her earrings big. In her spare time she enjoys camping and listening to audiobooks.

ANALYST

With over a decade of experience in customer service, Aaron knows how to get people the things they need. He has experience in retail sales of computers and business machines, as a sales representative dealing with global supply chain logistics for deploying network infrastructure, and has provided technical support in banking. Some of Aaron’s hobbies and interests include video games, Star Wars, Dungeons & Dragons, oh, and shoes…his shoe collection is very impressivei!

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Amy has over 10 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst across highly regulated industries including higher education and local government. Her passion is customer centric solution designs with optimised user experience. Amy's alternative occupation would have been professional cyclist but having taken it up later in life, she is content with finishing mid-pack at masters racing events on the weekends.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Arin studied business/tourism management before developing an interest in software engineering, which saw her change career paths to study Information Technology, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in AI. She finds learning fun and wants to become an IT expert. Arin enjoys reading books, watching movies (especially horror movies and old movies), camping, and going to concerts. Her next goal is boxing training!

DESIGNER

Starting at first level IT support in the education sector, Dan has worked his way through many different sides of IT, from hardware troubleshooting to data and integration. He is passionate about automating anything and everything, and loves to engage with puzzles and mathematical theories. Outside of work, Dan enjoys playing racquet sports, often with more enthusiasm than skill, and is trying to build the habit of going to the gym regularly.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

David relishes the opportunity to leverage his growing set of skills in software development and robotic automation to alleviate customer pain points. David's background in mechanical engineering and construction planning lend to his unique perspective as a software engineer. He enjoys going on cheeky tangents during work meetings, and finding loopholes in every team game that he plays.

ANALYST

Hayden completed a degree in Information Technology, majoring in App Development, before venturing into the world of IT. He initially utilised his skills as an IT technician at computer stores and working in Education IT departments. Hayden enjoys watching the NRL, NBA and TV series. He also likes physical activities including playing rugby league, boxing and going to the gym.

SENIOR DESIGNER

Jacob started his career working on Student Management Systems for universities, while completing his own degree in Information Technology majoring in Business Analysis. Jacob has extensive experience with process automation, whether that be through Forms or Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes. Jacob is a big Rugby League and NBA fan supporting the Penrith Panthers and Minnesota Timberwolves respectively.

SENIOR DESIGNER

Katie has over 15 years experience working in the tertiary education sector, covering all areas of Student Administration. She specialises in compliance reporting, with a focus on dual sector TCSI, across multiple student management systems. Katie enjoys working with data, solving problems, designing customer-focused solutions, and improving business processes. Katie enjoys being active outdoors or listening to audiobooks on long walks. If she could, she would spend every day at the beach.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Kevin commenced a career in environmental engineering before making a change to information technology. Now he enjoys programming and developing applications across different platforms. When he's not busy expanding his software development skills Kevin loves being close to nature. He can usually be found with camera in hand, ready to capture landscape and portrait photos. He enjoys cooking but reckons he can be a bit messy in the kitchen.

ADMINISTRATOR

With many years in customer service and administration roles in Australia and overseas, Maria makes every day easier for our talented team. Maria has a passion for “the new and the innovative” and enjoys travelling to far away lands to grow and experience as much as possible. She enjoys many hobbies including swimming, cooking, painting, dancing, history and DJ’ing.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Noman is a Flutter developer with AWS and Agile certifications and expertise in app development, DevOps, and AI. After earning a Master's in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Noman embarked on a career focused on App Personalization, video streaming, CI/CD pipeline, and code review. Beyond his professional pursuits, Noman enjoys playing games, technology-related hobbies, and exploring the latest innovations.

ANALYST

Rutuja's adventurous spirit and passion for experiencing the world complement her analytical mindset, enabling her to approach problem-solving creatively and adapt to new challenges. With a background in the fitness industry, Rutuja is a health enthusiast who believes in leading an active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures through travel.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Shamil loves problem solving and experimenting with the latest technology. He started his professional career at a school as an IT administrator before realising he had more of a knack for coding than working with hardware. He then went on to study a Masters in AI before commencing his software engineering career. Shamil enjoys working on a AI projects, running, and watching way too much sport.
